Who We Are...
Icon Home Health is a Medicare/Medicaid certified home care agency serving the Denver Metropolitan area and Northern Colorado.
Founded by a retired physician, Icon has been doing business in Colorado since 1990. Independently owned and operated, we respond quickly to our patients' needs.
With an emphasis on geriatrics, we provide services in nursing, certified nursing assistance, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and medical social work. We also provide programs in cardiac management, mental health, wound care, infusion, and rehabilitation.
